Our apartments Internet plans typically provide 500 mbps speed, which should be able to stream 40 TVs at 4K quality at the same time. If for some reason the internet shuts off, the first step in troubleshooting any internet issue is to reset the modem / router (turn off and then turn back on). This usually happens once every 6 to 12 months when modems and routers are heavily used. If the internet stops working, has slow speed, or intermittently stops, we will provide you with our account number, the residents will reach out to internet service provider, residents will troubleshoot the issue, typically issues can be resolved with just speaking to the service provider on the phone. If internet service provider can not fix the issue on the phone, they will send a technician the following day. If the internet issue is just in your room and not in the rest of the house, Settle will provide a Google Mesh multi-point router to resolve the issue. You should not have any internet issues while living with Settle.
